This policy covers the games and website of Higglypig Games ("we", "us"), including Fire Season.
What we collect
Our games use Epic Online Services (EOS), operated by Epic Games, Inc., for sign-in and multiplayer. When you sign in with your Epic Games account, we receive:
- Your Epic account identifier and public display name
- Basic profile information you have authorized (such as country)
- Connection information needed to run multiplayer sessions
We do not collect passwords (sign-in happens on Epic's own pages), and we do not collect payment information, contacts, or precise location.
How we use it
- To sign you in and show your name to other players in a match
- To create, list, and join multiplayer sessions
- To diagnose crashes and connection problems
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Epic Games
Epic Online Services processes data under Epic's own privacy policy, available at epicgames.com/privacypolicy.
Data retention
Multiplayer session data is transient and ends with the match. Crash and connection logs are kept only as long as needed to fix the problem.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
